This model has a storage/utility room that is accessed from the exterior. The sidewall height is 89″ to the underside of the loft floor, 9″ thick floor and 33″ loft sidewalls. (sq footage is based the total footprint, living space could be less, see floor plans) Can be assembled in approximately 4 days with 2 people

Option 2) Add 14%  for Otoczak full D-Log wood siding 1-1/8″ x 5-1/8″ (28mm x 130mm)
