Exterior Siding Options offered by EZ Log Structures
Why Choose Our Tongue-and-Groove Siding?
Superior Strength & Interlocking Design
Our siding uses a precision-cut tongue-and-groove system. Each board locks firmly with the boards above and below it, creating a stronger, more rigid wall surface compared to traditional lap siding.
Flexible Installation
Boards do not need to connect on a stud. This gives installers far more flexibility and reduces time spent planning joint locations.
Virtually Zero Waste
Start installation from any corner—clockwise or counterclockwise. When a board is cut at the end of a wall, the remaining piece is used to begin the next row or on the adjacent wall.
This method ensures:
Minimal waste
Faster installation
Better use of every board
Accurate, Practical Material Calculation
We calculate siding quantities based on:
Total square footage of perimeter wall surfaces
Including window and door openings
Plus an additional 10% buffer to prevent delays due to cutting errors or jobsite damage
Our Siding Options:
Semi D-Log siding (Max) 3/4″ x 5-1/8″ (18mm x 130mm)
Full D-Log siding (Otoczak) 1-1/8″ x 5-1/8″ (28mm x 130mm)
VOX extruded prefinished PVC polymer siding 5/16″ x 13″ (7mm x 330mm)
KERRAFRONT facade cladding is made using KERRACORE technology. This is a two-layer technology.
Top layer (hard PVC): – impact and scratch resistant, it is a carrier of color and embossed, tactile surface structure – special modifiers in Ultra-Therm technology and so-called “cold pigments” used in the process of coloring the top layer guarantee the best resistance to high temperatures and color stability on the market
Core (foamed PVC): – it is characterized by high density and homogeneity, as a result of which the product has dimensional stability and mechanical strength.
KERRACORE technology ensures exceptional product resistance to impacts and factors such as extreme weather conditions, moisture, and the action of bacteria and fungi.
