Louisville 40 is the ideal do-it-yourself seasonal cabin. The floor is included in the package and must be installed on a LEVEL concrete surface, paving stones, or treated 4×4’s to raise the building off the ground. This model can be assembled by 2 people in 3 days
Tip: insulate the floor and roof with rigid insulation to increase the use and improve comfort
